👉 Job Description :-
‼ To Read and understand machine manuals for proper run of the machine.
‼ To read and understand the Job Card and set the machine parameters based on the given job
‼ To Produce optimum production with due respect to quality and ensure the production waste is minimum as possible.
‼ Frequently check the size, sealing and miss print in case of printed job and ensure no rejected material is moving on to customers.
‼ Ensure proper Labelling & packing as per given Job card.
‼ To maintain proper record of Production, waste and run hours
‼ Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas, Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules, guidelines and regulations
‼ Regularly check and inspect the material and tools inventory and place order when needed, raise purchase request for necessary spare parts and consumables etc.
